CONFERENCE FEES AND REGISTRATION

Please carefully complete the registration form below. Save a copy for yourself. Registration forms may be submitted as on the form. Should you have any enquiries kindly make use of the ‘Contact us’ facility on the website. Alternatively e-mail, telefax or post enquiries and registration form to either of the addresses provided.

Please note: These stipulations supersede those currently reflected in the brochure. The brochure will be updated shortly so as to avoid any confusion.

Registration costs US$ 80.00 for participants resident in Kenya.
Registration costs US$ 200.00 for international delegates.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Conference fees include admission to conference sessions, all refreshment and breaks, lunch, conference proceedings and materials.
• Submitting the Registration Form electronically or by mail is a commitment to attend the Second Biennial Conference, KMAfrica 2007: Knowledge to Mobilize Africa 2007.
• Registration will not be confirmed until such time as payment is received.
• Where evidence of full payment cannot be shown, admission may be refused. Please keep all evidence at hand throughout the duration of the conference.
• Should you wish to make changes to any details of your registration, please contact the South African Conference Co-ordinating Committee through the electronic ‘Contact us’ facility or at any of the addresses as provided.
• Late registration will be considered at the discretion of the organisers.
• Written requests for cancellation of attendance received within 7 working days to close of registration, Friday 29 June, will receive a full refund.
• Delegates not cancelling in good time and who do not attend the conference will not be entitled to a refund.
• KMAfrica, 2007 Second Biennial Conference, Knowledge to Mobilize Africa, speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing. Due to circumstances beyond the control of the organisers changes in the programme topics may occur and speakers may be substituted. KMAfrica reserves the right to alter the programme accordingly and undertakes to update the conference website accordingly.
• Please note that registration will be coordinated by the South African Conference Co-ordinating Committee.
• Participation requires registration for the conference.
• Registration closes on Friday 29 June 2007.

ACCOMMODATION:

Please note: The Kenyan and South African Conference Coordinating Committees will not arrange travel and accommodation.

Participants are requested to make their own hotel reservations early and directly with the hotel of their choice. A list of hotels situated near the conference venue is provided.
